Those who have done the 5 day pouch test

I have been telling myself for the past I don't know HOW many months, probably 6 months that I have been wanting to DO the 5DPT. I know this is kinda stupid, but it would REALLY help me out alot if someone that successfully did it and completed the full 5 days, if they would give me like an "example" menu for what exactly they did. I have the website so I know what to do. But I want to see what you did and what schedule you did it on, etc. Thanks alot!

I agree - I'm one of those people who need a guidance of what they did on paper as well. Let me know if you come up with a good plan or rec'd one. Thank you.

I've done the 5 DPT twice;  I just do the liquids in the same order as I would do if I were eating my regular meals.  If I got hungry, I had another shake.  I have been using the Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea and Cappuccino as well as the Isopure Dutch Chocolate protein powders, so I don't have to worry about getting bored with a particular flavor.

I planned my menus for the different days of the test so that I knew I'd have the items I needed on hand.

Be aware that the pure protein of the shakes, etc., will brick up your intestines!!  I have to take mucho stool softeners while I am doing the 5DPT.

I didn't use it as a weight loss step as much as a way to detox from Carbs;  I think I'm going to have to do it again as I'm finding myself snacking on crackers where I'd not done that for YEARS!!

I'm currently doing the five day pouch test if you two care to start it with me tomorrow. I'd be happy to start a daily thread on here.

I have an eating plan of eating every three hours a 1/2 to one cup of solid food, no more.
On day two I will be eating this:
B: powder protein blended with water & two teaspoons fiber (I have to have fiber since my surgery)
S: herbal tea with truvia sweetner
L: powder protein w/water or milk &two teaspoons fiber
S: clear soup broth if I'm feeling it, if not herbal tea w/truvia sweetner
D: prowder protein w/milk & two teaspoons fiber
S: herbal tea w/sweetner and two teaspoons fiber (I have to have four servings a day of fiber)
LNS: if I need to get more liquids in to meet the 64 ounces I'll add crystal light.

Day three:
B: 2 scrambled eggs
S: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber
L: canned tuna
S: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber
D: 2 scrambled eggs
S: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber
LNS: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber

Day Four:
B: one egg with ground turkey sausage patties (at most two)
S: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber
L: ground chicken patty w/Mrs. Dash southwest chipolte seasoning
S: Herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber
D: ground chicken patty w/Mrs. Dash southwest chipolte seasoning
S: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber
LNS: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber

Day Five:
B: 2 eggs w/turkey sausage
S: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber
L: grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast seasoned
S: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber
D: grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast seasoned
S: herbal tea w/sweetner & fiber
LNS: tea w/sweetner & fiber

This is my plan for the next five days. I hope you will take the pouch test with me and help purge yourself of carbs and processed white flour and sugar!!
