Good morning Botters!
Another nice day in the Windy City! It's amazing how the sun can change your whole outlook! I'll be working out later this afternoon. I'm up to 45 minutes on elliptical, it's a great feeling of accomplishment. My food for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Good morning Deb and fellow BOTT'ers!
Wow, I am impressed Deb with your 45 minutes on the elliptical. Congrats!
I am up to 35 minutes now and that is an accomplishment as I started with 5 minutes. Now I am increasing my intensity level. Once I reach all 35 minutes on Level 2, then I will start adding minutes again, with a goal of 45.
Today was a great workout day! Tomorrow is measurement day. It will be my 3rd set of measurements since I started with a trainer.
Meal Plan:
B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese with sliced radishes and very small serving of unsweetened pineapple chunks.
L - fresh shrimps over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - ?? not sure.
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt
chocolate rice cake with 1 TBS peanut butter.
It's going to be a great BOTT day!
