Back On Track Together
Starting.....HELP!!!!!!!!!
Well I have all the supplies to do the liquid diet again to help shrink my pouch back down to the proper size, I'm tired and embarassed that my clothes are starting to get way too tight so why can't I just start??
The past two mornings I've gotten up with every intention os starting back on the right track and both days instead of reaching for the SF instant breakfast and protein powder I eat sugary cereal with the kids or makeup ridculous concotions flour tortillas dripping with insane amounts of melted cheese, just terrible, terrible things.
I really need help and motivation ( one would think tight clothes squishing you in and over them would be enough!!!)
ANY SUGGESTIONS would be helpful!!

Go to the Cardio & Cafe thread - post what you plan to eat that day (or post the day before what you plan the next day, know that you will report whether or not you followed you plan. Wonderful way to hold ourselves accountable. We get to btag and brag and brag when we follow our plan. Pluse we get others bragging on us too. We do not get put down if we make a mistake. We all accept we are human beings and human beings aren't perfect.

Stop beating yourself up! Be kind to yourself. I know what you are talking about and I have found that the protein shakes are easy to grab and just drink. Get your water in. Do one thing at a time. Either make sure you're getting your vitamin supplements in or get your water in. Choose one thing and focus on doing that for the day. Figure out what will be easy for you to do for today. It will make you feel better and then you'll be on your way to getting back on track. Journal what you're eating....good or bad. IT will help you to figure out what you're doing that you need to change.
