Good morning fellow BOTT'ers!

It's Monday again - Ugh!

Last week I lost 2 pounds, YAY!!!  I finally got into the next ten number. I've increased my elliptical to 35 minutes now and will stay there until I do all of 35 minutes on level 2 intensity. On days when I have my workout, I'll do all 15 minutes on level 2 - 7.5 minutes for my warm-up and 7.5 minutes for my cooldown on workout days. On days when I just do the elliptical, I do 3 minutes at the end of my 35 minute cycle.

Meal Plan for today:

B - 1 jumbo hard boiled egg with roasted red peppers and a white cheddar cheese rice cake.
L - lean sirloin burger sliced over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - Believe Protein drink
S - Lite & Fit Dannon Yogurt.

Tonight I am going to the informational seminar  by Dr. Rabkin on the DS. I'm finally going to meet my potential surgeon who just might be doing my revision.

It's going to be a very busy day. I can see Wednesday just around the corner!

Have a great BOTT day everyone!

Good morning all !

What a fun weekend I had !  We had our youngest grandson (14 months) for the weekend.  I loved having him but he is a Papa's boy, he has him wrapped around his finger.  He knows if he wants something Papa will do/get it for him.  What a sweetheart he is.  He lives 3 hours away so we don't see enough of him.

Today's plan:
B - UncleSam Cereal & Milk
S - Protein Drink
L - Salad with Stead Strips on it
S - Protein Drink
D - CHicken  & Veggies

Lots of water !

30 minutes on Eliptical
