I realize I may be the only one checking in today - but that's OK as this may not even post. I need to put on paper for all to see (if they are here to look) my plan for today.
EXERCISE: Want to report my big achievement yesterday - I walked 4 miles!!!!! Four miles, I'm so excited and plan to do the same today. I'm stil VERY slow so can only walk that far when I have a day off from work.
FOOD:
B - NP cranberry oatmeal - 150
Unjury vanilla protein powder - 100
Whole flax seeds - 90
S - HW top stack pancake - 90
Bettern Eggs'n all whites - 60

Good morning happy lapbander! Congratulations on walking 4 miles yesterday! That's an awesome accomplishment that you should be proud of.
I, too am working out a lot. Today I had my workout plus 15 minutes on the elliptical. I increased my intensity level to 2 for the entire time. YAY!!!
I am going to the informational seminar with Dr. Rabkin tomorrow to see about revision surgery to a DS.
Today's meal plan:
B - Believe Mocha Latte protein drink.
L - Spicy black bean burger with broccoli and cauliflower.
D - roasted chicken sliced over mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
S - 1 TBS peanut butter over a chocolate rice cake and Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.
