Good Morning BOTT Family,

Hope everyone had a fantastic week!  I miss not really having time to post or see what's going on during the day.  I have access to the web, my training takes up most of my day at work.  My eating is still not on schedule, and I haven't been able to get in the exercise mode that i would like, but I'm sure like everything else that will work itself out.

Since my schedule has changed and I'm no longer home during the day it seems like I have a lot to do.  What use to take me a week, I now only have two days for housework and other errands.  I'm living like normal people with families.  For the first time (Friday nite) which I knew would happen, I splet all night.  Let's see if I can accomplish that next week instead of waking up at 2 or 3 AM.

My plans for today...

Cardio:

Gonna put on some music - dance & clean

Foods:

EM - Chocolate Protein Shake
B -    Spinach Omelet
S -    Chocolate Protein Shake
L -    Tossed Veggie Salad w/ Cheese
S -
D -   ??

Hi Dreamgirl,
I can only imagine how hard it is for you trying to get a new schedule down.  That's a big change, but I'm sure you'll get it down.  I'll be working out later this afternoon.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - low carb bread w/peanut butter
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - protein bar
Dinner - steak w/salad
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Genie - Thanks so much for opeing this thread.  I probably could open from home, but for some reason it just doesn't happen at work.

It's so good to have you back!!!!!

EXERCISE - Walk to Publix (about 3 miles)   My husband is here this week and, bless his heart, he's going to drive over and pick me up because I'm sure not up to 10K yet!

FOOD:
B - Flax z snax chocolate creme hot cereal - 150
      Unjury choc protein powder - 100
      Whole flax seeds - 90
S - HW choc drink - 80
L - Tony Little bison burger - 140
      Del Monte french style green beans (I marinate these in Mt. Olive sf bread & butter chips vinegar for about a week - yummy) - 70
D - We're eating out with friends & I dn't know what I will have but I have 758 calories left for my day so figure if  order smart, I'll be alright

I'm off for a wonderful day   Happy weekend to the whole BOTT family
