HELP

Would someone please open the Cardio & Cafe thread daily.  I have attempted to post several times from work and for some reason it never appears.  I haven't a clue as to why.  But there's no point in my inputting all my info for the day only to have to vanish.  I nreed to post for accountability but it just doesn't work unless someone else sees it too.  Thanks so much
