I have decided once again to get back on track I have gained 4lbs and have really been sliding in the wrong direction.  Enough said I am attending a support group meeting in the morning I have to drive an hour and fifteen minutes each way but I know it will be worth it.  I am also going to walk next week my goal is at least 3 days.  I have reminded myself why I had the surgery and where it got me and I am doing this for me.  Thanks for being a wonderful sounding board.  Hugs, Raynetta

Raynetta - There's not a thing wrong with starting fresh again - the only thing wrong is that if you need to do it 10 times but only do it 9.

You've done this before so you KNOW you can do it.  Believe in yourself.

If you're comfortable post often (like everyday) and allow us to share your journey.   Posting every day is important for me to be accountable and stay on track  Maybe it will help you too.

raynetta-i'm right behind you. i'm sick of feeling sick and tired. started back at the support group and it is a big help to me. my goal for this week is protein first, planned meals, and detox from the deadly white carbs. good luck, have a good week and i'm here walking with you.

We are all in this together. It's a downward spiral and I know it's hard. Especially since it's almost summer at Lake of the Ozarks. I use to be a funnel cake addict and any other sugar item. Now I just like to sniff them. =)
