Good Morning BOTT Family,
Looks like its going to be a beautiful day. Adjusting to my new job and daylight work life. My eating is a little off, but the junk and carb monster haven't reared their ugly heads. With the training classes and my new schedule I'm having a hard time getting all of my meals in, so when I can't eat...I drink a Protein Shake.

Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham, cheese and dill pickle
Snack - 1/2 apple w/pb2
Dinner - chicken w/salad
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Good mornng Genie and fellow BOTT'ers!
Genie, I had to get used to the morning working hours years ago. I liked working the pm shift. That way I got my chores done and then went to work. Days takes some time to get used to.
Well, it's a busy day for me.
Had my workout with the trainer this morning. She sure worked me out. Whew! When I am done with the exercises, I'm raring to go.
Work is quite busy and stressful. Home, not much better.
Here's my food plan for the day (probably boring to many):
B - egg beaters, southwestern style 1/2 cup with radish slices and 1/2 cup strawberries.
L - roasted chicken breast sliced over mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - Tiliapia fish fillet with cauliflower and broccoli.
S - chocolate rice cake with 1 TBS peanut butter and Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.
Friday is coming, YAY!! I just love the warm weather we are having. 80's today.

Hello everyone. I have not been doing well but it is my fault for not being accountable to myself. So I am here to be sure I stay on track. Haven't gained anything but if I keep on like this I will. So today has already started and here is what I have done and where I am going.
B - Uncle Sam cereal and milk
s - Glass of Orange Juice
L - Chicken Salad on crackers
S - Protein Drink
D - hmmmmmm, I will have to contemplate this one because it will be after golf and DH won't be home so maybe a beef burrito.
Water, Water, and More Water
Vits - started, takes all day to get all of them in
Cardio - 30 mins on Eliptical and golf tonight ! Yee Haa, love the warm weather !

I did well yesterday. No low blood sugar. I had great energy too. It's another beautiful day today. Makes me wish that May was here so I can go camping already. LOL
B- I made a roast in the crockpot overnite. So I had a piece of meat, 1/2 potatoe, a few carrots and some onion. Couldn't even fini****

D- Homemade mini pizza. My hubby found some tiny whole wheat pizza crusts. They are very thin and bake up crisp. I have some low-fat cheese, mushrooms and pizza sauce. I will also have a yogurt. I love to use my tiny toaster oven that my best friend gave me. It's the perfect size for 1 person.
