Where is everyone???  It's 1:29p.m. and I'm starting the daily post.  Come on folks, if you're on here early just start the post.  People will thank you!
So, I'm just posting because I've been running errands all day.  I've worked up to 40 minutes on the elliptical.  The Bally's where I work out have 3 different types of elliptical.  I just got the bright idea start switching between them.  Interestingly enough they all work different parts of your legs.  My Food for today:
Breakfast - Kashi go lean
Snack - think thin bar
Lunch - 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich
Snack - strawberries w/cream cheese
Dinner - Italian beef w/italian salad
Snack - Fage w/s.f. caramel
Hope that everyone enjoys this beautiful day!

I'm still trying to fix my morning low blood sugars. Fell to 55 yesterday after breakfast. So this morning I had a small bowl of chili with a slice of cheese melted in, 1/2 peanut butter sandwich and a banana. It's been 2 hours and I feel good so far.

I am also finding that I don't have my last snack so I am cutting that out.

B- Chili, 1 slice cheese, 1/2 PB sandwich, banana
S- Protein shake
L- grapes, dill pickle spear, 1 slice mozzarella, 2 slices prosciutto with 2 wheat crackers
S- Protein shake
D- Not sure yet  maybe yogurt with someting...

I have found that I am more thirsty since I quit drinking Coke Zero. I am drinking about a quart or more of ice water each day. I also drink a glass or 2 of iced tea with splenda and a squeeze of lemon. Is that too much?

Nixie,
I feel for your low sugar levels.  I have the same problem.  I found that if I balanced my carb w/ a protein, it's helps.  I also try to eat at least 6 times a day.  I can't answer the ice tea question honestly, because I drink 2 qts. of iced tea a day, with splenda and pure lemon...I know it's a lot!
Keep on BOTTing!

I have seen these post but not real sure how it works. I keep my food journal on another site....:-)  But I did do a 3 mile DVD today and felt great afterwards.  I am still working on regularity.  and I am trying to get back to Ballys soon.  Before end of April I want to be going at least twice a week for my strenght training machines.
