Tuesday Cafe and Cardio
Good morning BOTT'ers!
I had a great workout with the trainer this morning!
Today's meal plan:
B - 2 slice low fat Lorraine cheese with roasted red peppers and radish slices and white cheddar rice cake.
L - turkey burger sliced into mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - Not sure yet.
S - chocolate rice cake with 1 TBS of peanut butter and Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.
Vitamins for the day and lots of water.

I'm going to eat backwards today. Since hubby works so late and we get up so late, we are going to have dinner for breakfast and I'll have breakfast for dinner.

L- Salad, veg soup
S- Protein shake
D- Egg and cheese omelet
S- Protein shake
I will take kit out for 3 walks instead of 2, play some Wii fitness (I like tennis and boxing) and relax with some cross stitching. I may even watch a movie to get my mind off of things for a while.
