Back On Track Together
3 years out and can't get my mind right
Good for you for just posting!
I´m back as well starting this monday and have begun journaling, drinking more water and sticking to a carb free diet. I know I should excercise, but I´m going to take it one day at a time. when I feel like I have a handle on these three things, then I´ll add another one, like maybe walking twice a week. Then I´ll add weighing myself once a week... et****il I´m doing all those things that made me succesful in the first place.
I gained weight during my fall off the wagon, some of it was pregnancy weight, but some I gained months after giving birth. I guess such a big change in life can do it for you...
So, change a few things, pick those battles and then incorporate a few more changes at a time. I think having my life turned over on its backside is what really sent me spiralling out of control.
But you´re here and that´s the biggest start. Keep posting. I´ve found these past 3 hellish days (getting over my sugar crash) that this has been my life line.
