I survived the doctors day celebrations. Wow, I was on the go from 9:30 am until 2:30 pm. I was so pooped yesterday.
I stayed away from the mini pastries. YAY!!
Today I had my workout with the trainer. I sure kicked some a$$.
I'm trying to regroup from all my activities, but there is a lot going on at work. Finished my income taxes and paid my bills last night. Boy, I'm glad it's done.
Meal Plan
B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese; 1 cup of strawberries.
L - 2 1/2 oz. chicken breast sliced over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - leftover vegetarian chili
S - Dannon Lit & Fit Yogurt; a chocolate ricecake topped with 1 TBS of peanut butter (this is so yummy!)
My optisource vitamins and lots of water!
Tomorrow is Friday. Can you say weekend??
