Are you playing April Fools joke and decided not to post today?  i kept checking but maybe soem are on spring break.  I know I've been missing a time or too.
Anyway here's my men

B - Cookies and creme protein shake
L - Homemade egg salad
D - Homemade meatloaf
S - Greek lowcarb yogurt

I decided to increase my good protein and decrease my bad carbs.
Liquids 64 oz powerade zero, 2 cups of herbal tea, 1 cup of coffee w/creamer
Vitamins taken
Cardio - treadmill and stationary bike
Take care and have a great weekend. Heading to Chicago for the weekend.

Hi Z,
I think everyone must be on vacation.  I just got back from working out.  Here's my food plan:
Breakfast - fage
Lunch - pot roast
Snack - think thin bar
Dinner - steak w/veggies
Snack - fage w/splenda
Z, you should have come to Chicago today, it's 85 out!  Have a good time.
