Well tomorrow is the day. It will be one week tomorrow when I decided to try and lose some weight before my trip.
I was thinking about being on a plane for 18 hours.. OMG
I am trying to imagine being 330 lbs and on a plane that long. I would make sure I didn't drink waters so I didn't have to go in the bathrooms. Was afraid of getting stuck. I would sit with my arms crossed hoping not too much of me didn't hang over. I bet you would end up in the hospital if you did those things on a long flight.
When I flew for the first time after my weight lost I was amazed the tray, came down, I could be comfortable in a seat, move around and of course the seat belt. No extender needed and I cold pull it tight.. Still try to avoid the bathrooms, those are just plain nasty![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/bowtie.gif)

other salad half
protein drink
Did some walking yesterday but need to hit the gym more...
