Hang in there! Stress eating is how I ended up re-gaining all the weight I lost, but I'm "back on track" again. This is a great website for support, and I agree with all of the replies you've gotten so far. I have one more to add - when the job starts getting to be too much, make a gratitude list - all of the things you are thankful for in your life! It sure helps me put life issues into perspective! In this economy put "having a job" in the gratitude column. It may not be your dream job or the easiest job you ever had, but it helps you afford food, clothing and shelter. And those are things to be grateful for!! Remember, you're not alone in your struggle!
I am right there with ya April. I hate my job and between that and this hip injury I put some weight on too. (and I know that I wasn't being 100% good****il I get this MRI the Doc said for me to wait. Which drives me crazy because the best way for me to vent i****ting that treadmill. Add me if you want and we can try to keep each other sane. lol
