Doing ok.  I get up and rolling very early and don't take the time to post in the evening.  So here's what's happening with me today.

My apologies for taking so long to post today -- I just got back from 6+ hours of a memorial service and reception -- oh, and the evening traffic jam trying to get home from it.  Stress?  Naaahhhh.....  ;)

I had planned ahead for being away from things for the service and reception, but not well enough.  I had protein before I left, took a protein bar with me, but didn't expect things would take as long as they did...so by the time I got home, I was starving.  That is not a good thing!  So now I have to cram in a bunch of protein before bed...ah well, I will get it done.

Hi Kathy and All!
     I have been remiss in my logging in and out for the past week!  AGHHH.  Last week was a little tough but I did lose 1.5 lbs even on a birthday week.  The weekend was the hardest because of the 3 days of celebrating my b'day.  I turned 54 and I feel fabulous!!  I don't even look too bad!  I have been staying on track especially with the protein intake.  I promise to do better this week.  I really do.  Take care to all BOTTers.
