Hey Everyone, 

HELP, I have fallen and can't get up    I did squats yesterday for the first time in a loooooong time and I can't move   I mean I look like an old lady climbing up the stairs.  Oh the pain of it all    Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, well this is the hard part for sure.  Facing how much I have lost but getting back on the horse is the first step.  Kicking up my exercise is key for "me".  

So my exercise for today is going to be treadmill only, 3 miles.

Hi, Kathy,

I am a little under the weather today, so just taking it easy today. 

The plan for next week (starting tomorrow) is to continue with my high protein, heavy on fluids, tracking AND adding exercise back into my program after a week break.

Hope your legs are doing better!  Have a good rest of the day.  :)
