Wednesday Cafe & Cardio
I'm off and running this morning. Will be working out my Leslie walking video with a little Biggest Loser weight training. We're expecting about 9 inches of snow between today and tomorrow, so shoveling will also be involved in my cardio. My food:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. Fage w/h.f. granola
Snack - 1/2 apple w/pb2
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
Dinner - chili
Snack - 1/2 c. Fage

Last night I decided to try out a guest pass to Jazzercise, I Kicked butt, of course I didn't do the right steps but I kept moving with them and I am surprised I don't feel the muscles rebelling today, I guess with the elliptical it is getting me into better shape then I thought, wow. Now I have to decide if I am going to join for a couple months. I am not a fan of going places for excercise at night, I like to spend them with my DH and do things with him.....hmmmmmm maybe he can join tooooo,,,,LOL.

Having an indecisive morning. I want to eat the black bean soup but can't get my head on straight as I am trying to keep carb count down. I know these aren't bad carbs but so far I've left it off the menu. Greek yogurt and walnuts may be added for a snack or some protein pudding. Vitamins are taken and I've got my 32oz flavored water ready. Been procrastinating about exercise today. I need to get into a exercise routine so for the desire to just do it.

Good Afternoon Everyone! I move to NC from the Poconos and am glad to say although it gets too cold here for me, we haven't gotten much snow in the 30 years I have been here.
This morning I was successful in getting in 20 minutes and 1.5 miles on the Gazelle. That is a big accomplishment for me since I do not like exercise!
My plan for today will mirror yesterday so that Ms. Picky Pouch will be happy again one more day.
B: Protein coffee with 2 scoops of vanilla powder
S: creamy chicken soup
L: 2 jello cups and EAS protein drink (found one hiding in the work fridge)
S: tomato soup and maybe another muscle milk light
D: Protein shake frapp
S: hot click and chocolate protein in water.
Back to Basics seem to satisfy Ms. Picky and I am very content right now.
