THURSDAY Cafe & Cardio
We did! We're going to take pictures every day after we're finished working, so we can see all the progress we're making. I think it'll make worthy scrap book too. The colors in this house are just crazy. Bright orange kitchen, bright blue bathroom, pastel purple and green bedroom, chocolate brown bedroom and rose-pink living room. I swear, I'm more happy with the mute concrete basement!

36 lbs from goal!
Ackkkk, I am breaking out like a teenager again ! ! !
Since I started back on track and found this great chocolate protein powder that I mix in my morning coffee I am breaking out ! ! I forgot what chocolate does to me. No more hot chocolate for me until after the holidays, will have to go back to other flavors *sigh*. I hadn't had this much chocolate in over 6 years since I can only tolerate a bite or two of sweets at a time. OK, that won't push me off of this Track !
So todays agenda:
B - Boiled Egg
S - Protein Drink (not chocolate)
L - Chicken
S - Protein Drink
D - Fish
Cardio - Ellipticle machie (don't know if I will ever learn how to spell that) and bowling tonight !
Come to Michigan, gray days are here all winter, we truly get excited when the sun shines !

Hi Deb,
No I just was full, the shake was still slushy and cold, just could not drink it. I drank half and put the remainder in the fridge. Rarely do I have anything sweet leftover. I have portion control issues with sweets so I can't make a batch of anything without eating it all. LOL

I'm having a "down day", dealing with some family issues. I have so much to do today. My mini goal is to get myself together within the next hour. My food plan for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. fage w/granola
Lunch - cheese roll in low carb tortilla
Dinner - broiled pork chop w/salad
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Sorry you're having a rough day. Hope it gets better as the day goes on. You're on the right track - big goals are really a collection of mini goals - it is just that someday we have to break them down in our mind and other days we can go with the big picture.
