Hi BOTTers,
Today is my younger son's 11th birthday! Wow, 11 years ago today. I get up early and he was up before I was ready to celebrate the day. I made his favorite breakfast so the celebrations are already underway. Time goes by so fast. Days like today I enjoy reflecting back. I shared with him the details of his true birthday. We'll have a great weekend. Happy 11th Birthday Matt - I love you!

Well, today the scales were up a bit - not really a surprise because had a loss the past few days and my body's pattern is lose some, then gain a little. I can live with that as long as I know I'm doing my part with thinking, eating and exercise. I am still in the BMI 23.... range - 23.98 LOL
Was so frustrated yesterday, was all set to exercise with my WiiFit program - first I had misplaced my DVD so had to put out a search for that and then when I found them I learned when my new DVD player was hooked up my Wii was no longer communicating with my TV. S 1 bag Stella D'Oro Choc. Breakfast Treats - 100 cal
L 1 meal Health Wise Chicken Pasta - 200 cal
1 bag Health Wise Taco Chees Protein Bites - 120 cal
1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Swiss Original - 35 cal
S 1 bag Health Wise Taco Cheese Protein Bites - 120 cal
D 4 oz lobster meat - 111 cal
1 packet Health Wise Cream of Broccoli soup - 80 cal
1/2 cup Breakstone's Fat Free Small Curd cottage cheese - 80 cal
1 packet Health Wise Peach Mango Fruit drink - 70 cal
Total Cal - 1116 Protein 130g Carbs 111g
Exercise - Walking and stair climbing (maybe WiiFit if I can get someone to connect it to my TV)
