Friday Reflections! How to stay on track during vacation!

Since it's that time of the year where we are all going on vacation I thought it would be great to share some ideas on how to stay on track during your vacation![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/embaressed_smile.gif)
Plan ahead and take note of where and what kind of vacation you are going on. Make a plan for food and exercise...BUT
not to the point where you can't enjoy your vacation. If you are going to eat some great food then take a walk or bike. You can also take a simple exercise band and do a few workouts in your room. Check out where you are staying and see if they have a gym and I am sure there is a pool or swimming somewhere near.
Dance, Dance, Dance.....that burns more cals than anything and what a great time while doing so. I tell the story of me and Charlie going on a cruise and we ate what ever we wanted, yep I am sure you know what I mean...
