Hi BOTTers,

I hope all my BOTT friends are having a wonderful weekend and a sensational Sunday!

Here's my check in for today:

CARDIO:  Day off

FOOD:

Garden omlette with Egg Beaters and veggies
1 slice of whole wheat toast (no margarine - dry)
Cottage cheese
Talipia with green beans and 1/2 whole wheat roll
Power Crunch bar

Happy Sunday!
It has really cooled off here, it looks like it's going to be a beautiful day!  Cardio is planned for later today.
My plan for today:
Breakfast - fage w/b.n. fit granola
Snack - click
Lunch - chicken salad
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - steak w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel

Had something doughy and bad for breakfast

Just now a white roll with egg salad and slices of tomato(realized just a stuffed tomato would be better than the roll) NEXT TIME.....

fruit and cottage cheese for a snack this morning

compulsively a "smart food" single serving treat kinda like caramel corn

not sure about supper

Did about 40 min of elliptical (feeling lazy) and mowed the back yard.

I sense carbs creepiing back and I can't seem to do them in moderation because I love them too much. Will try to focus on whole grains and/or portion control through no grazing.

It is a beautiful weekend here.... I'm gonna hand bedding on the clothesline in a few minutes.
Call me Old Fashioned!
