Honestly, when I get that hunger that just won't quit, I sit on the BOTT boards and read old posts. Sometimes it helps at least just getting my mind off it. Other times I come across something interesting or inspirational and decide to repost it. Yet other times, I sit and write a reflection post and put it on the board. It helps just distracting.
