Wednesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio

Hi BOTTs,

Well, I've got it - I'm really sick with this cold that has already turned into a sinus infection.  All the "fun" symptoms of a sinus infection.  Ugh.  It is one of the benefits of being a mom is that you get what they get as you take care of them.  Oh well - this too shall pass.

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Does typing on my laptop count?  LOL.  Sick so no exercise today.

FOOD:

B - Chicken broth with steamed vegetables
S - More of Chicken broth with steamed veggies
L - Turkey sandwich with 2 slices of high fiber bread
S - Cinnamon toast pretzels
D - Fish with veggies
S - Power Crunch bar

So sorry Cathy - From my experience, typing on my laptop is MAJOR exercise when I don't feel good!

Made it through yesterday with a 100% BOTT food day - got easier as the day went by.   Today I'm going to add a bit of exercise.  Yesterday after work my only exercise was running around like a chicken with its head cut off while doing errands.

Tomorrow I have a stress test echocardiogram (rountine).  Not my favorite activity, but one does what one has to do.

No gym today for me, had to run to AAA for registration before work. Maybe I'll jog at home tonight. I will be getting TONS AND TONS of exercise this weekend tho, so I don't feel too bad. Geeky me is going to a LARP. For the non-geeks, that's when I dress in period rennaissance costumes and run around a 4-H camp for 48 hour****ting people with fake swords. I do alot alot alot of walking/running/fighting so it'll be good.

L - Lean Cuisine or more samosas if there are any left  (I LOVE Indian food)
S - Achiev One Coffee
D - Stuffed Pepper
S - Salad with Ken's new Asian dressing (KILLER!!!)

Ah the "gifts" we get from our kids. Cathy I really do hope you get to feeling well soon. April gets sinus infections once a month and I know they can be miserable. Make sure you get all your food and vits in, this can be tough when we are sick.

Heres the plan for today

Exercise: 30 min "Sweatin" dvd

B: 3 egg white omelette w chicken and cheese
S: Protein bar
L: Chicken breast w protein noodles
S: 2 low fat mozerella sticks
D: Chicken pot pie
S: Protein shake

Totals:    Cal- 1499    Fat- 48.1    Carbs- 120.7 (if you eat pie crust)   Pro- 169

Water 150+
Vitamins

I get them from the grocery store. They are on the top shelf of the pasta area. They have 10 gm protein for a 2oz serving.

Happy Hump Day to everyone. Staying busy today as we rolled out a new software program to the entire company today.

Exercise: Shoveling snow, got another storm today
Food:

B-Protein Shake
S-Turkey & Laughing Cow Rollups
L-Turkey Chili
S-Hard Boiled Egg & Light String Cheese
D-Sloppy Joe (No bun) and spinach salad
