After my weight workout I will be doing 25 mins on the treadmill.
So BOTT's, are you movin and losin? Are you staying on track? Did you hit a speed bump and or fall in the pothole?

Heading out the door with my Dalmatian, Danny, for a 3 mile walk/jog to the fire station and back. he loves to go there... :) Then I will watch the 2 30 min episodes of The Last 10 Pounds on FitTV while I sit on my yoga ball and do upper body weight training.
