Marilyn - You can do this! I have just joined OH a week ago and I already feel a renewed committment!  Logging on everyday is my support group.  I read whatever I can and learn from each post.  I started the 5 day pouch test  this Monday (before reading the monthy 5DPT post)  and I can already feel the difference mentally and physically.  I think the trick for me is to log on to OH everyday. Good Luck to You!!  And no need to feel ashamed, you learned a lot during the past 6 years.
Ciao,
Bella

Hi Marilyn! I am new to this group since Monday.  I hear everything you are saying.  I had my surgery in July 2003.  At the time of my RNY, I was at 288.  After a gallbladder surgery and small bowel obstruction, my lowest was 147.  Then I moved to DE, 2 1/2 years ago, while moving to the beach was a great move - it also allowed me to go crazy with my eating.  I ate lots of crab soup and sweets have become a real issue as well.  I started back on Monday with the 5 day pouch test at 201 pounds.  All my clothes are extremely tight at size 12.  I got rid of my size 8 and 10's as I am so annoyed with myself.  I know several friends and family are like - you did this surgery and now you just keeping putting on the weight.  Coming back to the place where I find help originally - has really helped me this week.  I wish you all the best and if you need a friend don't hesitate to send a  message.  I am such an emotional eater and want to snack at night, but when you rededicate yourself by coming here - you can fight the good fight.  Wishing you all the best.
