FRIDAY (WOO HOO) - Cafe and Cardio

It's on my list to make for next week.  My mouth is seriously watering just thinking about it

We're heading up to Traverse City.  Will I stay on track eating out all weekend???  I'll have to post on Monday.

Hi Everyone!   TGIF!  While I look forward to the weekend, I am also so leary of the unstructured time ahead.  I need structure but I also need balance, so with BOTT I will win both.

My plans for today are as follows:

Pre B- 2- 20 oz coffee (one black, other with flavored coffeemate)
B - Atkins dark chc. RTD protein
S1 - Cheese stick wraped in lean ham
L - Chicken Chow Mein (no rice or noodles), eggroll
S2 - Pure Protein bar
D - Bacon Mac n Cheese (very small serving)
S3 - If I absolutely have to have something, coffee w/flavored coffeemate.

Hi BOTTer's!   Happy Friday!  I'm looking forward to a nice  3 day weekend with a snowly Football playoff sunday.....loves those kind of days spen****ching football in frnt of the fireplace and the temps outside in the teens.

B - Jimmy Dean Ham and Cheese Omelet - very tasty
S - Slice of cheese
L - Fage and Cottage cheese
D - Stouffers Chicken Dinnter

1 hour of Jazzercise = 40 minutes of cardio dancing and 20 minutes of strength trainning, all to great music and doesn't even seem like an hour! or a workout!!

Cathy, i'm right there with you, I watched and re-watched.. it was absolutely amazing.  It is so wonderful that they all survived.. I heard the captain went back and forth thru the plane twice before he would leave it to be sure all the passengers / crew were safe. 


B - small muffin from cafe - i had an early doc appt and didn't plan/ prep ...
L - burger / no bun (awk i had 5 steak fries) I think I was able to eat them because I had such a minimal b-fast..  i forgot to tell server no fries

I don't know what the rest of the day will bring .. don't have an appetite..but i do have the jittery nerves not sure what is up with that.  going to see the movie 4 christmas's so I know I will have a small unbuttered popcorn of which I will eat maybe 1/2 or less.

I'm still feeling kind of blahhhh...  What I ate today:
Breakfast - 1 egg w/1 slice ham
Lunch - cheese slice w/ham slice
Dinner - split pea and ham soup

Blahhhh...

This was not a fabulous day for me. I have a lot of issues to deal with, was feeling down and depressed, and then realized that I got confused on appointment times and missed by therapy appointment today. Of course this realization happened at the grocery store. And I bought some bad things. I knew exactly what I was doing the entire time but did it anyway (which is why the hell I'm in therapy to begin with!)

On a bright note, tomorrow is another day. And I was able to reschedule with my therapist for Monday. I really need that appointment!
