getting back on track 4 months till my anniversary

So I pretty much wasted two months. Didnt take my vitamins...didnt track H2o or protein. But today is a new day right? Is it still possible to hit goal by my anniversary? I am just about 8 months out and have 40lbs to go? I did wake up this morning and excerized for about 15 minutes..lame I know but better then nothing right? I do plan on hitting the treadmill this afternoon as well. Had a protein shake for breakfast and WILL get my water in if it drowns me...what do you guys thinkk...40lbs in 4 months? Don't second guess and question whether you can do it, tell yourself you can do it. It is great you have seen that you are off track and are taking the steps to get back on track. You can do it, just get back to basics and keep posting whenever you are struggling because believe me, we have all been there and needed support too.

40lbs in 4 months? You bet you can do it!

Go for it!  You'll feel really good even if you don't make it all the way.  Just do you very best!  I think you can do it.

You CAN do this!!!!!! Good job on the exercise too!!!! That should help to jumpstart your weightloss, so keep up the great work!!! Good Luck and keep us posted!!!!!!!!

Hi Kimberly,

I think you're off to a great start.  15 minutes of exercise counts!  15 minutes is 15 minutes. 

It sounds as though you're motivated with the right mindset of food, water, exercise and vitamins.  You can do this!!  Choose to use your surgical tool!
