Wednesday - Cardio and Cafe
Hey BOTTers!!
Looks like I'm the first to post today, which is wierd! But not a bad thing. I miss being the first post sometimes, because it is a great motivator and it helps set a good example for everyone else. I am doing the HI/LO cardio class today. I have a new pair of sneakers and I'm excited. I think its going to be hard, heavy duty, and I'm going to be beat afterwards, but I really am loving doing this in a CLASS format, rather than forcing myself to go at it alone. I can't really trust in myself right now not to blow off exercise, so having a coach and a class motivating me on the way is really helpful.
Cardio - 45-60 minutes Hi/Lo Cardio class

Today's exciting agenda of bland foods, includes: TSP faux oatmeal/almond milk/flax/splenda Protein bar TSP faux oatmeal/almond milk/flax/splenda Jerky/celery Tuna salad/brancrisps Protein shake Vitamins: yes, Fluids: in progress, Exercise: walking It's another lovely warm and sunny day and the ducks are courting on the canal and there is honeysuckling blooming and other flowers and the birds were filling the air with song. I hope everyone has a good day today and time to just sit awhile and reflect and soak up the atmosphere if it's nice where you are. |

I have not been doing so good on food but I have been hitting the gym and doing some Zum, zum, zum, zumba!!! Totally fun.
I really need to start journaling to figure out why I'm eating so much or making the wrong choices.
How is everyone doing? Does anyone else struggle or has this really become a lifestyle change for you?
