Good afternoon everyone!

Hope everyone here is had a great last week & planning on a repeat this coming week. I have run into a problem. I started a new job this last Monday. My training was 8 hours a day of just sitting with not much break time. I am at another plateau because I haven't been able to exercise. Any ideas out there as to what I can do with the proteins so that it may carry me over w/o exercise at this time? The next 2 wks I will be in more Leadership training, not sure what my schedule will be like. The company I work for does have a on-site gym with personal trainer free to our use, which I am making an appt with as soon as they can get me in. Its very dark when I get home at night. I am at a loss in the interim.

Thanks!!!

Tamera

ps..I work for the The Scooter Store. If anyone out there is looking for power mobility while they await their surgery dates. Give me a shout!

I don't have much advice on the proteins - I would just say stick to your doctor's program as much as possible.

For at home exercise when it's dark out, I like using a step at home.  I usually watch my favorite show and alternate my step patterns for 1 hour (forward step 50 each leg, step with alternate leg lift - 50 each leg, side step (5o each leg), leap overs 50 ) I repeat this for 4 cycles with usually takes me an hour.
