http://www.fitday.com
This site is an excellent resource for tracking the calories you eat each day, entering your weight daily or weekly and tracking your daily activity. Remember you have to burn 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound of fat. That's 500 calories a day more than you consume!

I've been using this device to track the calories I burn and I LOVE IT! You wear it like a pedometer but it counts the calories you burn all day instead of steps. At the end of the day, you enter your information into their website. I try to increase the total # of calories burned each day and it's been working!
They offer a 10% discount to WLS patients. Just enter WLS in the discount code when you order it. This is a great way to motivate yourself to walk, run or bike a little more! posted by MickATL on Jan 17, 2008 | Report Broken Link |

This link takes you to healthy menu choices at myrecipes.com. Understand these recipes do not consider RNY low sugar requirements or bandster's food issues like pasta, breads, etc. They do provide some very good low calorie, low fat recipes. Make them your own and save them to your "my recipe" file.
