Recipe Exchange

Just because you have a lap band doesn't mean that you have to settle for second-class food. This forum gives us a place to exchange WLS-friendly recipes, as well as chat about cooking experiences - both the good and the bad.

OH Groups doesn't really facilitate recipes in files that can be printed.  So I created a folder on the yahoo sister group called Recipes: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/atlantaWLSsupport/files /Recipes/ I'll add a link in this group's Links section too.
