Today is going to be a good day.. at least I hope it will:

whey water (from making raw milk yogurt cheese)
maybe some burger or other food like that (or tuna) - whatever is in the freezer at work or the pantry

Monday 0815..

2 rashers bacon and a scrambled egg
2 Atkins bars
2 slices sausagr and chestnut slices (couldn't cope with the balls any more!)
4 Ryvita and light cheese triangles
Coffee, fruit tea and sugar-free Dandelion and Burdock (a real taste of the 1960s), but have to get rid of the carbonation first...

Have a great week.

S:  Cheese crackers (low-carb)
L:  noodle-free lasagna

D: I have no idea yet!

I promise to check back and let y'all know what dinner was, and a carb count if I can find one!

I wa**** by a bad reaction to protein shakes all of a sudden last Thursday, and been pretty miserable.  Feeling better (and eating normally) today, though.

B:  3 poached eggs, coffee with full cream
S:  sugarfree almond-butter cookies
L:  half a box of sushi (california roll)
S:  sugar-free snapple
D:  low-carb tortilla, cheese, avocado, pepperoncinis

So .... lower protein than I wanted, but tomorrow's another day, and I'm feeling so much better that I guess it's okay to have skimped some on the protein.
