Take heart -- the variability of women's sizes is a notorious and widespread problem. So, you have ALL of our sympathies!

Baked Chicken and Mushrooms
posted 7 minutes ago
This is a new family favorite...I make 12 servings (there are 8 of us including a 15 yr old boy)...the recipe is for 8 servings.
8 medium chicken thighs (boneless and skinless with all visible fat removed)
1 package sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 yellow onion (diced)
2 tbs EVOO
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Spray a 9x9 baking pan with pam and place the thighs in smooth side up.
Pour the wine over the top
Layer the mushrooms over the chicken
Sprinkle the onions over the mushrooms
Sprinkle the oregano evenly over everything
Salt and Pepper
Add the olive oil over everything distributing it evenly.
Bake at 350 for about 20 min covered with foil...remove foil, baste the dish with the pan juices and bake for another 25 min, basting two more times...
This is juicy and easy for bandsters to eat.

Thank You Hala,
I have been incorporating some nuts into the mix, right now I found that planters salted peanuts have 8ish carbs and 5ish fiber...so 3 net carbs, will try the almonds though I like cashews too but have to check the numbers.

hello again
Today need to stay off solid foods. I really have a hard time to do that, and once I eat and the pain starts... it is really not fun. Not sure what is going on but lately most solid foods cause a lot of pain.
Today eats:
coffee + almond milk
protein cake (a few bites) + 1 oz of peanuts..
protein shake (double)
Yogurt with proteins and flax
protein shake
plan to gop to yoga
then LNS - maybe some cheese?

Or some nuts. They not only have good fats, but also carbs and calories. 12 almonds a day may make a difference

Back to work...SIGH.
2 rashers bacon and a scrambled egg
Ryvitas and stilton butter
Sausage and chestnut loaf
3 Atkins bars
Coffee and tea.
It amazes me how variable clothes sizing can be. At the moment I'm wearing trousers in a 36 to 40 inch range, shirts and t-shirts are L to 2 XL. They all fit about the same after washing. The 36 inch trousers are correctly sized and the larger ones do contain lycra. It's a good job I don't buy clothes on the internet!
