Woke up to find out that half the middle-eastern world seems to be ditching its government.  Plenty to read about in the papers today, yikes!

Maybe this is a good opportunity for us to throw off the habits that have been "dictating" some of our poorer eating habits, as well!  Time for our own personal revolution?

(Seriously, my prayers go out to them, that they not go from dictatorship to dictatorial theocracy which is even scarier.)

SOOOOOOOOOOo

It's not even six AM and that's already what's eating me, for today!  But here's what I'm PLANNING to eat:

Eggs hollandaise and cream in my coffee
Tuna salad
Fake bacon as crackers for real cheese
Baked fish with sundried tomatoes
sugar-free chocolate

Howabout YOU?

 Hi Everyone!

I just typed in all of my food, then my computer lost it's net connection, so I'm just going to put my totals.

Calories -  728
Protein -    80
Carbs -      13

I was down 1 pound tonight at Weigh****chers.  That's 3.5 in the three weeks that I've been eating lower carb.  It may not sound like much, but it's a lot for me and I'm thrilled.

So thanks everyone for doing low carb with me!!

MSW, I like the protein pudding by Bodytech because it's only 4 carbs for 25 protein.  I think the SF pudding mix has a lot more carbs.

That was my sunday plan. To eat carbs and enjoy myself to get my body a starting point again. So today it was B: 2 eggs 2 hot dog weenies ( OM low carb)
S: 2 cheese sticks and sunflower seeds L: a few swigs off of a protein shake S:string cheese and another weenie or 2..D: Hamburger steak with cheese and low carb ketchup

I'm guessing my carbs are right under 20 today ...sigh I really need to get more motivated to keep up with things better oh and to get all my fluid in each day..it will happen sooner or later I guess!! But today looked great to me...what do you guys think????

I've never tried protein pudding from vitamin shoppe but I mix up my own.  I add half a scoop of egg protein to sf pudding.  Its quick to mix up at home or on the road.

Okay folks, here it is!  I'm trying to bring my carbs up to about 100 for a few days, so that I can re-enter induction and slam-dunk a few pounds.  This works for some other people, maybe it will work for me!  These last ten pounds are hanging around like nobody's business!

in no particular order ....

eggs hollandaise with spinach
protein bar
greek yogurt
pickled herring with cream sauce (yes I really do eat pickled herring)
a facon-tomato-mayonnaise sammich
meat sauce over shirataki noodles

and of course all day long -- coffee!

It was still around 1700 calories and about 120 grams of protein.
