I know whatto do... but do I do it? well.. at least most of the time..lol..
I am craving fruits lately. Spring is here and I love my fruits.
Anyway - today is a new day. And a new month.
I am planning to go back on track, and siince it is new month - plan to do 31 miles in 31 days...
Means I need to walk again..
Eats today:
coffee + cream
apple pie - low carb, with proteins
checken salad.
cheese + pickles
protein shake
lettuce wraps
canadian bacon, eggs... veggies

Topic: Not enough Calories???
I know that when you do atkins you are not supposed to count calories, but I use fitday.com to track my carbs and such and it is inevitable that I see calorie counts.
So I have been doing Atkins now for four weeks, I feel great and have lost approx 12 lbs. But lately, and I understand it's normal, I am less and less hungry, so I am only able to consume between 1100 and 1400 calories a day. My activity has increased, but I am not losing. Do you guys think it's because I am not getting enough calories?? or is it's normal to stall?? I am keeping it below 20 carbs a day, but I have been adding some Zero calorie soda...maybe the soda is causing it??? Any suggestions on how to get more calories in??

4 ozs meat with grated cattot
2 Atkins bars
Coffee and tea.

Didnt check my snack bag and when I got out doing errands round out the only think in there was peanuts! At least it was some protein.

Well... I didn't find the SF lemonade mix - I bought a container of Crystal lite but it wasn't nearly enough, so I had to use the sugar added lemonade mix - BUT - I did use Splenda.
So far so good - it tastes yummy. I used a regular pie crust which looks weird - it fell into the pan while baking... lol. oh well.
Next time I'll try something else. This actually was a mix where you premix the dry ingredients then when you're ready to make the pie you add the rest (eggs, cornstarch). It makes a lot - I really wish I could have found the SF lemonade, but it was a small local store.

I might try making a crust out of almond meal (using a graham-cracker-crust type of recipe, since it won't "stick" together otherwise).
