I sucessfully avoided FF and onion rings today,so I feel good about that

Last night I really wanted some fruits so I got some cherries, and strawberries and peach... On a other note - I also got their smoked beef brisket... love that thing... could not help myself and was eating that in the car on the way home. Once at home - ate the rest of it (sharing with my cat). Then ate the cherries. Over the evening I ate 1 lb of cherries and then 1 peach, I really needed some fruits.... lol.
If the cherries and a peach are my worse sin in the carbs department, then I guess I am doing OK.. lol...
Today eats may be easy.
coffee + raw milk (x 2 or 3 lol)
protein shake
chicken lettuce wraps (PF Chang)
cheese sticks on the go...
more coffee, maybe even another protein shake
dinner: some meat and veggies. (still undecided... we will either go out or have some food at home...
dessert: strawberries and blackberries with whip cream or yogurt.

Day 4 of 5dpt.
B double choc protein/homemade almond milk
L grass fed beef meatballs
S tuna
S homemade sf choc pudding
D cheese omelet
S left over mahi mahi
T 15.3 N 13.3
Life is good. Even when you get "brain farts". I got one this morning. I was going to pick my friend for a walk at 6:45 am. At 6:58 she text me and asked if we are walking, I responded that why of course... then she asked me if I am OK? Sure I am, a bit tired and hot... but fine... Only then it done on my what time it was... lol... I changed into walking clothes and run out of the doors. duh... I was late... 30 min... But we still were able to walk 3.6 miles. That of course made me late to work... really late.. so I will have to make up the time later today. But I am glad I did walk.
As for food..here is a plan:
coffee+ milk
yogurt with some protein powder + fruits
protein shake
pork roast + cucumber
tuna + cucumber or pickle. (that is what I have for veggies)
flax muffin
fish or meat + veggies
yogurt + proteins + berries (dessert)
90% chocolate (a few pieces)
I do eat every 2-3 hrs so yeas, it looks like a lot of food... but my portions are typically small..

and 1 oz pork roast
S Starbucks Sugar-free Vanilla Latte w/ protein added

Tonight I cooked up some meat, so hopefully I will go to that tomorrow, instead of another protein bar. I would like to eat them less, but they are so easy to grab and eat.
Also, I need to get in more water.
Have you tried to make really good broccoli soup? creamy with a touch or Parmesan... little of salt and pepper... yummy.... and green... lol...

Hadn't thought about it making me crave but it is possible. I will use a different kind next time,for a comparision,
