Love Chocolate Pudding?  I do!

Here's one of my favorite products since surgery.

Bodytech Dutch Chocolate Protein Pudding  from Vitamin Shoppe

1 packet has 4 carbs, 25 protein and 145 calories.  I make it with 6 oz of Almond Breeze.

It's creamy and delish and I use it instead of a Protein Shake.  I make it at home with a wire wisp, then put it in a container to take to work with me.  It's very convenient for protein to go.

I buy it on Amazon where there's very low shipping, cheaper than from Vitamin Shoppe.  It comes in individual packets.  I think it's around $20 for 15 packets.  I always have a case at work for when I need quick food.  At work I make it in the shaker bottle.

YUM!  I'm not to the point of creating recipies yet, but I will be when I'm closer to goal and this will definitely be on my list.

Whacka Doodle, do you think we could have a stickie for favorite recipes?  I hate to keep asking someone to post their recipe because I can't find it.

Hi Sally,

I've never been a Walden Farms fan.  For salad dressing I prefer a good blue cheese dressing or a vinegar and oil with a touch of lemon juice for tartness.  At this point of induction I'm not eating salad so I'm not a great help to you.

The only Walden product that I buy is their BBQ sauce.  I think it's $5 a bottle but a little goes a long way.  I used to mix it with a little mayo to create something to dip burgers into.  I haven't had it in a long time, so I think I'll put it on my shopping list.

I'm Jewish, I was raised on sour cream and horseradish!  I remember my dad grating the horseradish, then adding beet juice to make it red.

If your airport has a mexican restaurant, I'd get a breakfast wrap of scrambled eggs and meat, then dump the wrap.  Just think of it as something to keep your eggs warm for you.

Or else, what about making those little muffin tin quiches that could hold you for both breakfast and lunch on the plane.  That way you could put whatever you want inside.  They're not bad at room temp.

Cook up some bacon at night, then in the morning micro for 1 minute and put in a baggie.  I do that for my office breakfast.

I'd make pot roast and fill a couple of containers.  The gravy would keep it moist and it wouldn't congeal if you warm it before you leave in the morning.

I'll eat anything for any meal so I'd just take dinner leftovers for breakfast in a container with a fork.

If you want a sandwich, make the oopsie rolls and take them to stuff with meat on the plane.

Keep it simple and you can't go wrong!  You can do this. :)
