 Deviled eggs!  YUMMY!

I'm wondering if this is a little low overall, though -- Are the numbers quantity?  As in, breakfast was five protein shakes?

MMMMmmmmm .... meatballs are one of my favorite foods of all time.  Protein in slider form, to me.  Do you have them in sauce, or plain?

Hi everyone!  I promised Becky I'd post this today, and then forgot until I got home from work, so sorry!!!

So, whatcha all eating today, folks?  Keeping the carbs low?

Here's my tally:

B:  eggs and cheese boiled in a zip lock bag ...
S:  coffee with protein shake for creamer
L: cheese in a low-carb tortilla
S: atkins protein bar
D: don't know yet, but it will be made with ground beef -- maybe enchiladas? (no beans, and high-carb tortillas, and guac)

How's it going for you?

Becky,

Here is the link to the recipe   http://bariatricfoodie.blogspot.com/2011/01/protein-banana-rum-cake-with-peanut.html

I substituted LF cream cheese and unsweetened applesauce for the bananas (I absolutely can not do bananas or I will pay) and used 2 tsp of apple pie spice in lieu of the pumpkn pie spice.  It is very dense but filling and a yummy treat/snack/mini meal.

My local Sam's did not have the Queso Blanco and the Harris Teeter was too expensive if I wanted "french toast" more than a few times a month.

I have really been enjoying all this sharing.  Thanks so very much.
