Thanks everyone. I have seen more than a few times people being flamed for incorrect grammer so sad, but I love all the suggestions. I'm gonna have to try them out. Today was better I was able to keep things to a good minimum ( portion wise) let's hope I can say the same tomorrow. Thanks again!!!

Aww ... it's a message board and we're all friends.  There's no "correct form" and everything you post  will be just fine with us!

Small servings of cheese are great ... nuts, if you can tolerate wtihout splurging .... greek yogurt .... I have seen recipes for sugar-free chocolate mousse on Atkins site, and will see if I can dig it up!!!

Tedious day, nutritionally:

B:  eggs and hollandaise, and coffee with heavy cream.  I never ever EVER tire of this!

Snack:  Atkins shake as creamer in coffee, and some laughing cow (not low fat) wedges

L:  Cottage cheese and fresh red pepper.  Made my colleague roll her eyes.

Snack:  Part of a Syntrax shake with soy milk. I try not to rely too much on processed stuff, but oh well!  Also, some peanuts.  And some low-carb chocolate.

Dinner:  Meatballs with red sauce

It was a pretty straightforward day --  Nothing too exciting but I think I still came in at 38 net carbs and 105 grams protein -- about on target.

Topic: I'm back in the game...
Well, I've been missing in action from the low carb site, because of being really sick with the crud...
Feeling sooooooo much better, Thank You LORD..!!

I haven't been doing Low carb, as the book would call it, but I've been eating very little except for liquids..and would you believe I haven't lost the first oz.?!

That's nothing too new for me...I know all about the starvation mode our bodies go into..so I'm thinking that's what could be going on with me at the moment..

Now that things are better I'm hoping to get started back with right track..!!

Yippppppp-e for feeling WELL..!!
