(I blew my carbs on some french fries, crab cake, and 2 simple cakes... ) o... lets not forget a mango...a whole freaking mango... lol..
But the fruit- worry me just a bit, not very much, the cookies - THEY need to go.

today is going to be a carby day... whatever I need to do to keep it stable...
but tomorrow is good day .. right?

more coffee,...+ protein bar (not good... too many carbs and sugar, made me dump... grrr)
nuts + 1 fig+ 1 apricot.. + more nuts
pickles + coffee
plan to have:

fiber carb free muffin.
now need a nap...

Probably a few beers before the hot wings so really trying to cut back.

today is a new day. The scale was kind and show a 2 lb weight loss (compared to a week ago - it may be wtar weight - but I take it anyway). 10 more to go.
Eats:
coffee+ Al milk
nuts
tuna + veggies
pork loin + veggies
crab cake or some other stuff for dinner... not sure where yet...
more coffee and tea...
