Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

I will have very limited options this weekend. Got plans.
eats is iffy at best.
I do try to limit the carbs and most days I am good.
I did not have much to eat today. Food really does not appeal to me. guess that's OK>
I will try to make good choices tomorrow. and the whole weekend.
Eggs, + veggies breakfast
some salads+ meat luck and dinner
nuts
maybe some fruits.. (not much)
need to get some fish in there.

oatmeal,cheese bread,watermelon,doritos, pnbutter and banana,popcorn,hotdogs,doritos again,smores!
I consider it a successful day.

One more day to the long weekend. It will be much easy to be low carb - when I am with my BF - food may not exist and if I do eat - I follow the low carb diet - if nothing else - to avoid the unpleasant gas and other symptoms.
Today is a mixed day:
coffee + almond milk
chips + almond butter + SF preserve. (weird - I know)
biscuit (i know... but it was there)
beef roast + pickles
some fish + veggies

Today was OK, (not perfect ) day. so far. plan to do better for the rest of the day (
coffee + Al Milk
nuts, protein bar (too many carbs)

pork loin
flat-out with nut butter
some fish...

If I was addicted to them and wanted to stop I would have to just stop,one day at a time. While it IS different with food,cause I just can't stop eating or not go places where food id being served,I think about it more seriously,I guess,when I put it right up there with the other addictions.
I feel horrified when I think about what it might be like if I was addicted to one or more of the others. Carbs for me,should horrify me that I am addicted to them,no difference. Carbs,and sugar are still"acceptable" in most circles,a silent addiction,if you will.
But I don't want to be a slave to any addiction so I am working at it that way.
