I'd start with the proteins -- Getting enough protein tends to help us stay healthy, and get enough satiety in our eating plan to help us stay away from carbs.

Oh, I sometimes have trouble getting liquids in too. Argh!!!

Giving you the benefit of the doubt here -- peppermint patties?
(Actually the TJs parmesan was so fatty when I made the crackers last night, that I did add some regular (gasp) wheat flour. The better recipe is Kraft grated (packaged) parmesan, not the powdery stuff, baked for five minutes at 375oF. but I might have to try almond flour now!
The pills were fricking expensive... ouch...but as long as they work.. no point of trying to drink the "nasties" while gaging and ... lol...

The journaling (write down everything you eat ) really helps to be aware of what and how much you are getting...

Doing protein shakes, tea, and coffee + yogurt... (OK - semi liquid - yogurt included - Foff - I apologize for strong language - but anyone almost 3 years post op RNY will understand...lol..).
Anyway, no fear of going off low carbs... on proteins and Greek yogurt...lol...
Today I had:
coffee + milk
protein shake
yogurt with proteins...
(repeat last 2)
tea and water... that's all folks... next few days...
