I'm cutting down on my portion sizes and will make up for that in Atkins bars, if necessary.  I want to lose at least another 15 pounds...

2 scrambled eggs
4 Ryvita with stilton butter
2 sausage meat balls
2 parmesan and pork sausages - if necessary
Up to 3 Atkins bars
1 coffee and fruit teas.

Enjoy the day!

My favourite dessert of all time is Jello cheesecake fluff.  Well it's really like a dense mousse.

Ingredients:

Sugar free Jello (any flavour you want!)  I love cherry.
Whipping cream
Cream cheese (1- 8oz container)
Vanilla extract

Make Jello with one cup of boiling water.  While it's still warm add cream cheese.  Mix it until it is smooth.  Place in fridge and let cool for about 30 minutes.

While mixture is cooling, make whipped cream. Add vanilla to whipped cream  You want 2 cups of whipped cream.

When the jello mixture is cool but not completely "set" carefully fold in the whipping cream.

Place back in fridge for an hour or so.

You can add sweetener to the whipping cream if you desire.  I find the jello adds enough sweetener but to each their own.

One of the many great things about this recipe is that you can have so many different flavours.

A very easy, tasty soup.  Taco soup.

Ground beef or turkey or chicken.  Broth, I prefer chicken, of any flavour.  Add cumin, paprika, chili peppers, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to taste.  Some salsa.  Check labels as some have added sugar.  Obviously avoid those.  Stir in some cream cheese. You can also add black olives and scallions.

Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.

Sorry I don't have measurements but if you just adjust to your preference I don't think you can go wrong.

I had to laugh, I'm so sorry!  Every one of us has had days like this.  Gosh, I've had MONTHS like this!

(To tell you the truth, I really hope the Cadbury Creme Egg was yummy -- If you're gonna eat carbs, I always say make it something WONDERFUL!)

So .... you're not exactly asking for advice, but I'm a-gonna offer it!  Get some protein into yourself, first thing in the morning, m'dear!  It really helps set the stage for better things later on.

AND .... okay, look -- I love every single thing on your list.  Without exception.  The Cheez-Its are demonic.  I swear they're demonic.  Positively evil.  Especially (if you ever happen to see them) the Parmesan Duos .... OMG OMG OMG!

Soooooooooo .....  This recipe was posted by MSW Will Not Settle, and I have some of these no-carb crackers EVERY DAY!  Someone today mentioned adding almond meal, and I'm giving that a shot next time:

I will start making better choices. Starting now. Thank you for creating this group. ~Christy

My name is Linda and I am a CARBOHOLIC!  Once I have some white death carbs it's game over.

Six years ago I lost 135lbs on Atkins.  Strict, strict Atkins.  I then fell in love and we ate and drank and dined.  We are still together and I love him almost as much as I love myself.

But I gained all my weight back.  Which was a major bummer.  So last Jan I decided to go back low carb.  But now I'm older (40) and the weight was just not coming off.  I lost 42 pounds in 5 months.  Considering that the last time I low carbed I lost 55lbs in three months I was exasperated.

So I decided to have the sleeve.  I'm still a slow loser but at least this time I have a feeling I will make my goal!

I am convinced that there is a substitute for all high carb foods.  Although I try to stick to basics.  Once I get to goal I plan on incorporating more mock foods.
