I post daily on LWs and it is a pain to post twice.  I do check here pretty regularly to see if there is any activity and join in when I can.  I love the receipes and goodies so I hope no one takes those away.

I stopped posting.  I still try to do low carb diet. Some days better than others..
I notice that some people who in the past would criticize for some of us limmiting that carbs, start doing the same as they start gaining weight.   I guess.. that's how life is.

Topic: Tuesday Carbs
Yesterday was a good carb day for me after all. It was low on proteins... but can't have everything.
today plan to load on proteins so that will balance the last few days and also prevent me from having carbs.

coffee + coconut milk (really like it)
homemade nut bars.
3 hard boiled eggs
meatloaf + pickles
turkey + veggies
salad w chicken or fish
apple or peach

Topic: Monday carbs
Its Monday again.
I ate too many carbs this weekend.  And too many nuts. Results: BM, more BM and lots of gas... not nice... or funny... Today may be a better day...

coffee + coconut milk
cheese + bacon..
more coffee.. + nut bar
flat-out wrap + cheese + pickles
meatloaf + pickles
maybe one apple...
spaghetti sauce + wrap... lettuce

I messed up the weekend. But - it was not all bad.
But I do love apples ... and had a few too many.  They are in season.
Beside that - I was  a "good girl"/

saturday:
coffee + al milk
eggs + bacon
nut bar (x 2 - home made)
a few too many apples...
meat loaf + pickles
sausage + cucumber

some wine and cheese...

Sunday:
coffee + al milk
nut bar (x 2 - home made)
eggs substitute, + turkey bacon+ 1 slice of toast (small one)
a few too many apples...
meat loaf + pickles
apples, peach
more home made nut bars... (a few too many...)

I haven't been here in awhile and I'm so sorry to read of your difficulty.  The plan that you came up with sounds good.  How is it working for you? 

If you want to try Dukan, there are people on 3fatchicks that are doing it.  I was looking at the Ideal Protein diet over there and actually tried that, but using alternative products from the Bariatric websites.  Ideal Protein is low fat, low calorie and high protein.  I went directly to phase 2 which is two meals of lean protein/veggies and two meals of protein supplements.  I did drop 5 pounds the first week.  I've been eating more carbs so I'm ready to reduce them again and try to get the next 5 pounds off.   That's what brought me back here to see how everyone is doing.

what are your calories?  I think adding some more protein and upping the calories would be a good think.  I think you are low.  I keep my protein over 100, usually 120-145, carbs under 30 net and my calories end up around 1000.  Everytime I think I am done, I lose some more.
