Still there with you Paul...

Yesterday was good... at least carb wise.. well.. and I got to see my BF (usually we see each other on weekends). so that made me feel good.
I stop  by store to get onions for my liver... and walked out from the store with onions. AND NOTHING ELSE !. (that does not happen often  - if any...)

Today eats:
Coffee+ almond milk
1/2 food bar (before walking, need the carbs - 10 gr only)
sausage link
coffee+ a. milk
protein shake
lunch out - not sure what they serve ...
cheese sticks and veggies... (want the beef but have a customer visit so need to get what I can)
protein shake
liver + onions... (really need that for my iron..glad that I like liver..)
some fruits... (maybe)

Got my almonds soaling to make almond milk tomorrow. I read another recipe that said to use7-8 cups of water when you process which would giove you about a half gallon.

B protein shake /almond mnilk
L omelet/sausage/cheese
S red pepper strips
D chicken salad
S protein shake as above
T18.2 N 15 .7

Even with carbs this low for over a week,my ketone stick is still only small amount. anyone have any thoughts on that?

Thanks for the explanation.  I would like to eat more fish, but my little stomach only likes white fish, nothing oily.  Still, I manage fish a couple of times a month.

Excellent news on the weight loss!  I may have to ignore my doctor and reduce to 20 grms of carbs...

It is a firm fleshed white fish,on the order of halibut, but not as thick. It is about the thickness of tilipia but has more nutrients.

I did quite well over the weekend.
And i am happy to report that in last 3 weeks I lost 4 lbs.  Still eating a lot, and with some exercise - but moderate... the best.  I do stay away from most carbs, not exceeding 40-50 net carbs a day (many days less than that)

today plan:
1/2 protein bar (before walking) - 10 gr carbs... but need that, or else
coffee + almond milk
protein shake with almond milk
bigos (polish meat- cabbage dish)
meatloaf + veggies
yogurt + proteins
salad + meat..
maybe some fruits...

Haven't been on in a while, but need to get back to low carb.  I don't know how many lessons I am going to have to learn before it sinks in that carbs keep me fat!!

Anyway, tried the Philadephia Brand Cooking Creams.  The plain is good to Dr up to your taste.  The Italian Herb was also good.  It is not overdone with too much of strong tasting herbs like rosemary and thyme.  Going to heavy on the herbs is a big mistake with Italian seasoned products and I usually hate them.

I love creamy sauces!!!
