Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

I just can't eat much of any carbs even good ones like beans;if I do it puts me right into mainteance mode and I don't lose.

Yup...I'm getting myself psyched to do induction again. MUST get off these 2lbs I gained and FINALLY get to my goal weight of 150!!

2 scrambled eggs and 2 rashers bacon
3 sausages
Coffee and tea.
Another pound lost today. YAY!!
Eats today:
coffee+ Al milk
Andouille sausage links (2.5)
more coffee
Protein shake (maybe)
some lunch (salad + meat or ... who knows)
yogurt + proteins + flax... (need to get flax)
salad + proteins (going out - I think)
some fruits.. or not.

sweet: fruits, whip cream, protein ice cream, yogurt+ proteins + sweeteners + flax meal...
Flax muffin (1 egg+ 1/3 cup flax meal+ sweetener, + 1/4 tsp backing powder; Mix it all very weel. Nuke for 2.5-3 min in a 10 oz cup) Invert on a plate. Let it dry. Cut in slices. Eat as it is or put PB or SF jam on it. (the fiber and fat will make you full)

Blah..I'm in the middle of moving and I haven't exercised *other than running my butt off at work 8 hours a day*
I look forward to adding exercise back into my daily regimen...I just feel better when I do!
Not as low carb as I want...but definitely not bad.
What do you ladies crave during your T.O.M.??? Mine is cruncy/salty/sweet
How do you do this low carb??
my BF does not mind when i see my GFs.. but that is a completely different story.
