Easy day today... Come back from a short trip. I had a great time and I followed a low carb diet. Splurged a bit one day... but all on good carbs... dark chocolate. 

Today is a good day. I do plan to do a "semi-cleanse diet" either next week or the week after. I was on antibiotics for 7 days and I think my body may use some good cleanse. With a lot of greens and probiotics.
Got raw milk today - so I will be able to make a great raw milk yogurt and cheese... That will be fantastic.
But - back to the normal programing:
coffee + whole milk
4 cheese sticks
coffee + Al milk
beef roast +Belgium endive
yogurt + proteins + some berries.
D: not sure yet... but will come up with something low carb.

Topic: I'm back on the wagon
 The past few weeks, I have lost my mind, my way, and sight of my goals.  I almost without notice, reverted back to full-carb.  Amazingly, I did not gain any weight, but I was not losing weight either. After planning and attending a 50th anniversary party for my parents, I realized how foolish I am being; yesterday was my first day back to the only way of eating that allows me to lose weight.  It was a hard day.  I was moody and carbs were screaming my name all day.  Today is a new day.  No more wasting time.  I am keeping track of my carbs and will fight to get this last lump of weight off my body!!!

I use unsweet almond milk. Then add stevia as needed.

I have to stay away from it too. the beans also,even good carbs keep me from losing. Yesterday was already shot ll to hell by dinnertime so I elected to just eat it as tht was what DH was having and no need to cook something else.

Stats on the Clif bat vary;
The one I had yesterday was:
Cals 270
Pro 20
Carbs 30
Fiber 5
Fat 8

I thought that was fair for a protein bar...
