Welcome !!! Please join our daily accountability thread if you would like to. We get some great ideas for low carb foods, and we really support each other.
I had gained 6 lbs over the Halloween thru New Years period and that is why I joined. I've lost 3 of those. well I lost more, and then bounced back. I seem to be stuck here wanting to loose 3 more, but happier than I was before I dropped 3.

Teras Whey protein powder www.teraswhey.com it made from cows milk who have not been treated with antibiotics ,or growth hormones and are grass fed and not corn fed. also,the cows are not raised and milked on factory farms. that is very important to me. The flavors are all natural and it is sweetened with stevia. I have tried and like the choc,bourbon vanilla,and have a single serving of goat milk whey that I ordered last time to try. I also like the goji berry.

What kind of whey protein with soy milk is that?
And an omlette sounds nice. I think I need a change up for breakfast soon.

Thanks for the welcome, i have done atkins before, and since surgery i have been virtually all protein except for the carbs in shakes and vitamins, and fiber chews. and the occasional vege and strawberries and blueberries... til christmas lol
I did quite well when i was on atkins before, but as with all my dieting efforts pre surgery i gave into a treat, carbs, and that was the end of it... this time is different i will not let it be the end.
